Great company

I recently used Holloway Removals for my interstate move from melbourne to brisbane in 2023, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings.

Worst removalist we have ever used.

Bad service. Subcontracted work out. Calum from Holloway’s sent email requesting an approximate inventory, not an exact inventory. Sent one, then sent another with extra items on it. Subby only received first list and was told they were only allowed to take what was on the list. We were left with a fridge and lots of furniture. Rang them. Calum ignored our calls, rang the manager, ignored our complaint, said they will call back but didn’t. WHAT A DISGRACE.......WOULDN’T USE THIS MOB AGAIN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA. CHARGE TOP DOLLAR FOR HALF A NON SERVICE.

Holloway came recommend from a friend and executed my house to house move professionally and with great care and particular attention to protecting valuable furniture.

They arrived on the dot of 7am, and from packing/loading to placement at the destination Holloway were efficient and easy to work with.

Thanks to Vinny for his dedication and commitment to ensuring my move went smoothly and stress free!

Strong and polite team

Holloway has great and cleaver storage facilities

-they can carry out your storage modules without double handling

-the removalist guys are polite,happy and knowledgeable about the job

Hidden costs ++

Used Holloways for removal of 2 bedroom apartment from Sydney to Adelaide. Total cost was $6600. Given the flat fee / subcontracting in the next state, the removalists only wanted to deliver all furniture to house entry not the specific room in which the furniture belonged. Each process of the move had hidden costs. Wouldn't use again.
